Technical Lead/Developer

We are looking for a Technical Lead Developer with strong hands-on experience in SharePoint, SPFx, React, and related technologies to join our Bangalore team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of SharePoint and SPFx-based solutions.
• Design, build, and deploy modern web components using React, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and designers to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
• Customize and enhance SharePoint Online and On-Premise environments.
• Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code.
• Mentor and guide junior developers; perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Work on SQL-based integrations and back-end optimizations.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.

Required Technical Skills

• SharePoint Online / On-Premises Development
• SPFx (SharePoint Framework)
• React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery
• SQL Server / T-SQL
• Experience integrating with Microsoft 365 services and REST APIs
• Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps (nice to have)
• Strong understanding of modern UI/UX and responsive design

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of development experience, including SharePoint and SPFx.
• Proven experience leading technical teams or projects.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
