Job Description

What you’ll do:

Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to the development team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and technical solutions.
Design and architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
Implement best practices, coding standards, and quality processes.
Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot technical issues.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and advocate for continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (Master’s preferred).
5+ years in software development with strong technical expertise.
Experience with Agile, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP), databases, and system architecture.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with DevOps, distributed teams, and CI/CD is a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Scrum Master) preferred.
