Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with a strong coding background and excellent client communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading technical teams, managing project delivery, and collaborating effectively with clients. This role requires a balance of hands-on technical expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers across multiple projects.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and requirement understanding.
• Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and technical architecture discussions.
• Ensure high-quality code delivery by establishing best practices, conducting code reviews, and guiding the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide scalable solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on coding expertise (in PHP/Node.js/React/Angular or related technologies).
• Proven experience in leading a technical team or working as a Team Lead/Tech Lead.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience in client interactions.
• Proven experience in international client coordination (calls, requirement gathering, reporting).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Exposure to microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
