Technical Lead

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performing eCommerce applications using SFCC and modern web technologies.
• Convert business requirements and design concepts into working prototypes and production-grade applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, Product, and QA to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to junior team members.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and user experience.
  

Required Skills And Experience

• 7–10 years of experience in web development and software development lifecycle.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), JavaScript, OOP principles, and RESTful APIs.
• At least 3 years of experience in building and maintaining high-traffic, customer-facing eCommerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of web application architecture and development best practices.
• Proven ability to independently manage and deliver end-to-end project components.
  

Nice To Have

• Experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and containerization (AWS, Docker, etc.).
• Familiarity with performance tuning and SEO best practices.
