ServiceNow Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor developers to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
  • Implement and configure

    ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management)

    ,

    HRSD

    , and

    ITAM

    modules.
  • Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance, and platform best practices.
  • Review code, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance.
  • Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of IT experience

    with at least 6

    + years in ServiceNow

    .
  • Hands-on expertise in

    ITOM, HRSD, and ITAM

    modules.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer).
  • Strong knowledge of CMDB design, integrations, and ITIL processes.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
  • Strong communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.
