In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of ServiceNow transformation. You will translate the architectural goal into technical solutions. You will bridge the gap between strategy and execution. You will work in the trenches, leading a team of product engineers and collaborating with ServiceNow consultants to solve technical tests and deliver the new platform.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical design, development and configuration of IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Ensure alignment with goals through technical reviews.
• Own the technical design and governance of the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) implementing the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework for a single source of truth.
• Define and enforce standard procedures for ServiceNow configuration and extension, overseeing partner development and configuration to maintain platform health, scalability, and upgradability, avoiding excessive customization.
• Design and oversee the development of secure, efficient, API-led integrations between ServiceNow and internal systems.
• Review all technical deliverables to meet standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship, promoting expertise and conducting periodic knowledge transfers.
