Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Oracle HCM technical development and configuration activities across modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment, and Time & Labor.
Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design and develop customizations, extensions, integrations, and workflows within Oracle HCM using tools such as OA Framework, BI Publisher, Oracle Integration Cloud, and REST APIs.
Oversee system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning to ensure optimal operation of Oracle HCM.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and technical team members.
Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specs, test cases, and deployment guides.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with Oracle support when necessary.
Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards related to HR data.
Participate in project planning, resource estimation, and status reporting.
Stay updated on Oracle HCM product updates, new features, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM technical development and support
Strong expertise in Oracle HCM modules and technical components like OA Framework, BI Publisher, SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Integration tools
Experience with integration technologies like REST APIs, SOAP, and Oracle Integration Cloud
Proven ability to lead a technical team and manage multiple deliverables
Familiarity with HR business processes and HRIS concepts is a plus
