Primary Responsibilities: Install/upgrade/maintain PeopleSoft environments on 9.x, People Tools 8.5.x and above versions Install/upgrade/maintain PUM images in Windows & Linux operating systems Maintain and support PeopleSoft components such as WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, Vision and Application Messaging on Linux, and Windows operating systems Understanding and exposure to scalable architecture, resiliency, and disaster recovery of PeopleSoft components Monitor system health and proactively perform vulnerability remediation to ensure application security Design and support High Availability, Disaster recovery/application failover between data centers Work with Agile/DevOps team model Growth mindset with knowledge in the latest technologies in Cloud (Azure, OCI), open-source tools etc. Enabling automation on repeated and manual tasks Work in shifts, on-call rotation, teams with global presence Investigate non-standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others Extended responsibilities include Manage and administer Oracle PaaS Services and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions Setting up compute, storage & networking components within OCI/Azure Setting up Oracle PaaS environment Jenkins/GitHub Actions. Setting up Pipelines and write Jenkins file for deployment Write Terraform Scripts for Infra Provisioning automation Work on Docker images Handling of source control management (SCM) concepts such as Branching, Merging, Labeling/Tagging, and Integration Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Qualifications - External Required Qualifications: Graduate degree or equivalent experience. 7+ years of experience in maintaining PeopleSoft ERP (HCM, Finance etc.) systems Peoplesoft administrator with 9.2, 9.1 & Tools 8.5.x experience PeopleTools Upgrade, PUM upgrade experience Experience on working with Tuxedo, WebLogic, App Designer, Data Mover, and Oracle Database Experience in performing pre and post upgrade PeopleSoft related tasks Experience on working with Certificates (create, install, renew), load balance using F5, ftp/sftp, URL redirects using Apache/Tomcat Experience in performing pre and post refresh of non prod environments Experience in integrating PeopleSoft and Non-PeopleSoft systems using Integration Broker Experience with High Availability/Resiliency, Disaster Recovery or Advanced Topologies Experience in troubleshooting Level 1-3 issues in PeopleSoft Knowledge in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure service components Ability to work on multiple challenging/complex projects in parallel Exposure to Rally, ServiceNow and change control tools (exPeopleSoft Phire) Preferred Qualifications Experience in managing and administering Oracle PaaS Services and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Experience of implementing and supporting OCI based instances and services (e.g. Compute, Network, Storage, ATP etc Experience of building and maintaining scalable and auto-scaled environments using automation and configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform Experience with Azure Cloud Service Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Action.
