Responsibilities: As an Oracle Cloud Integration Lead, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day support and Projects tasks related to business process integration and consulting using Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimize system performance. Lead the design and development of Oracle ERP cloud implementations related to information technology operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the applications. Manage offshore team members in design, development of Oracle Cloud ERP, SCP application integrations. Lead development activities in a cross-functional environment, including teams spanning the enterprise and third-party vendors. Proactively identify and communicate messages and updates regarding blockers, dependencies, risks, and status to all project stakeholders. Create and maintain accurate, unambiguous technical design documents with appropriate level of details in a standardized format. Demonstrate strong prioritization, sense of ownership, and focus skills with multitasking and competing priorities and know how to make the right trade-offs. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication with good presentation skills. Mentor offshore developers leading in technical design, development and execute the day-to-day activities of Oracle Cloud engagements for a variety of clients including process design, implementation lifecycle, and post go-live support. Lead overall offshore development teams and manage technical activities for multiple client projects. Mentor team, develop their talent and challenge the status quo to achieve skills and positive project outcomes. Participate in the estimation of technical activities by following best practices and industry guidelines. Perform light project management and ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within established budget. Act as gate keeper of all projects technical activities and ensure quality of deliverables is top notch. Assist with the development of standards, procedures, and processes for the most optimum delivery technical components of our client projects. Requirements: Minimum 5-6 years of experience with Oracle applications with last two to three years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP applications as an Oracle Cloud Integration Lead. Minimum five years of ERP or Cloud Data Conversion processes, inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, PaaS Integration Cloud Service (ICS) experience. Experience leading full life cycle Oracle Cloud implementations for large complex client delivery. Strong knowledge of software development principles, processes, concepts, and techniques. Deep understanding of REST and SOAP APIs of Oracle Cloud ERP and building ETL based integrations through these APIs. Experience with SQL and PL/SQL, OTBI, BIP, RTF templates, FBDI and HDL and Workflow tools. Knowledge of Java, XML, JDeveloper, Visual Builder Cloud Service, Groovy Scripting, and Cloud Framework native to Oracle Fusion Applications. Experience working in a Sprint driven, Agile project environment and traditional waterfall methodologies. Deep level technical knowledge at the table level of Oracle modules related to Financials and/or SCM. Excellent communication both verbal and oral, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Oracle Cloud Application Technology Certification is preferred.

Primary Function of Position In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Enterprise data warehouse, analytics platforms, and data product applications. The candidate will collaborate with the cross-functional teams, and internal customers to identify and resolve issues and implement enhancements to the EDW system. To be successful in this role, you'll need a combination of technical skills, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, Commitment, and a customer-centric mindset. Essential Job Duties Monitor and triage the EDW systems and user-related incidents for resolution. ETL monitoring and data refresh support to ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of the EDW systems and related applications. Prioritize and resolve support tickets within established SLAs to ensure minimal impact on business operations. Support month-end and quarter-close activities related to Finance and SIOP. Assist in designing and developing data pipelines using Apache Airflow, Snowflake, SAP ERP, SQL Database, SQL, SAP SLT, and other cutting-edge technologies. Utilize Python and Shell scripting to automate tasks and integrate systems. Support the administration of Apache Airflow and Linux environments, install, and configure all components of Airflow, tailoring the setup to your specific environment. Develop the necessary airflow DAGs and handle the deployment of all Airflow components. Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures, best practices, and standard operating procedures for data-related technologies. Monitoring and analyzing system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing optimizations to improve system efficiency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues and implement enhancements to the EDW system. Assist with a variety of activities related to the daily operations of the data team. Be available for emergency response, such as system outages or critical incidents and work towards a quick resolution. Provide On-call support for rotations and escalations. Experience working with source code management tools like GitHub. Qualification Required Skills and Experience 7+ years of experience in Database development on Snowflake, SQL server, or Oracle platforms. 3+ years’ experience with Python and Apache Airflow. 3+ Years of experience in data warehousing and ELT development on the Snowflake data platform 2+ years’ Experience creating and visualizing data using Tableau. Required Education and Training A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Preferred Skills and Experience Experience and functional understanding of data pipelines from SAP, Salesforce, and Cloud applications. Ability to work in a customer-facing role, with strong verbal and written communication skills, to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
