- Location : Andheri Mumbai, MH ( Hybrid )- Should have capital market domain experience.- Should have experience in Public Domain siteJob Descriptions :Responsibilities (Strategic Initiative) :- Strategy is one of the key components of Tech Lead Role- Hands on experience with complex project architecture & coding- Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services- Track, analyse and monitor technology performance metrics- Maintaining a customer-focused approach and aiding in the delivering of IT projects to Market.- Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards- Working for customer delight & product enhancement- 100% focus on availability, capacity and technology obsolescence management- Analyse the business requirements and its impact- Developing and maintaining software code- Reviewing and Debugging code- Creating and updating the technical document- Follow the development cycleLeadership :- Provide technical leadership to team- Guiding and training the team on newer technologies and frameworks.- Motivating team to plan, finalize and execute projects within given timeline- Effectively communicating project expectation to the Management and IT/ Project Team Members- Encourage culture of upskillingRequirement :- Technical knowledge in asp.net with MVC and Asp.net with core, MS SQL, Javascript, jQuery- Team handling exp- Identify bottlenecks and performance-related issues, and devise solutions to these problems- Experience in web deployment-related task- Client coordination and requirements understanding- Knowledge of code repo (github SVN)
