Job Description

Develop, Support & Maintain Power Platform applications using Power App, Power BI, Power Automate and Share point online.
Expertise in design, build, deployment of Power Platform solutions (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and applying Microsoft's best practices and methodologies
Expertise in design architecture, security practices.
Experience in design and development of Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps by utilizing Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as the backend data storage model.
Hand on experience on development of complex workflows using Power Automate.
Experience in using OOTB and custom connectors for Power Apps and Power Automate.
Experience with Power Platform COE Kit.
Manage the complete deployment process for solutions & promoted through the environments
Support the maintenance of Power Platform environments
Expertise within Power Platform to solve complex problems in teams
Ability to handle tickets raised by employees, monitor their status, and ensure their closure using ticket management tools such as service now, HPSC.
The knowledge of managing, operation, maintenance, versioning, and upgrading of an application throughout its lifecycle.
Experienced in administrative features such as managing users, workspaces, and data sources, setting up security policies, and monitoring usage and performance.
Troubleshoot the issues on data connectivity, gateway, DAX queries
Categorize Incidents and act according to defined SLA based on incident Impact.
