Technical Expert

Role Overview: As a Product Upgrade Developer-Designer at Quorum Software, your role will involve working on application upgrades, analyzing and modifying PL/SQL scripts, designing responsive web interfaces, developing applications using C#, collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting issues, ensuring thorough testing, and participating in deployment planning activities. Key Responsibilities: - Work on application upgrades, ensuring compatibility with newer platforms or frameworks. - Analyze and modify existing PL/SQL scripts for database enhancements. - Design responsive, intuitive web interfaces aligned with modern UI/UX standards. - Develop and maintain applications using C# and ASP.NET (or relevant frameworks). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions. - Troubleshoot and debug issues across front-end and back-end components. - Ensure thorough testing and documentation of all development tasks. - Participate in deployment planning and post-upgrade support activities. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in development and design. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - PL/SQL: Strong experience with writing complex queries, procedures, and performance tuning. - Web Designing: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and responsive design principles. - C# Development: Experience with .NET Framework/.NET Core, Visual Studio, and MVC. - Knowledge of integration techniques and web services (REST, SOAP) is a plus. - Experience in upgrade or migration projects is highly desirable. - Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
