Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated Supply Chain Analyst with strong skills in communication and excel Role & responsibilities Assist customers in navigating our products/services, basic troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to their problems. Create, update, and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards Design and present professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders Perform basic data cleaning, analysis, and visualization to support decision-making Assist in preparing weekly/monthly business review documents Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect and validate operational data Support ad hoc tasks related to planning, forecasting, and reporting Communication is must. Communicate effectively in English. Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Expert computer skills and familiarity Advance Excel and Power point knowledge. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Should be comfortable working in 24*7 Working Environment Rotational shifts & Rotational week offs. High School Diploma and Bachelor's degree preferred
