What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts across departments to gather information about new products and features

• Own and maintain user guides — writing, editing, and integrating feedback

• Proofread and edit documents prepared by other teams

What You Should Have:

• Minimum 2 years of technical writing experience

• Excellent written English (mother tongue level)

• Mastery of Microsoft Word and familiarity with other writing tools

• High attention to detail and strong communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

• Strong analytical skills to identify and present key content from complex technical data

Nice to Have:

• Experience with photo editing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

• Awareness of current trends and best practices in technical writing
