What We’re Looking For A Technical Support Engineer to support our Communication Service Providors clients in APAC & EMEA region - this is an opportunity to join the Global Customer Services team of a leading Network Intelligence and Cybersecurity solutions for Tier1 global telcos. What You’ll Do Handle 1st and 2nd level support cases professionally and independently via CRM, phone, and email Provide excellent, dedicated, and proactive support service Perform deep problem investigation into system logs and behavior Provide technical guidance and solutions to the company’s customers and partners, problem reproduction, and lab simulations Work with higher tier support teams and travel to customer sites according to need Maintain direct contact with key customers in the APAC & EMEA region to assure customer satisfaction and success Requirements: What You Should Have Strong knowledge of Linux system operation & troubleshooting Excellent troubleshooting techniques to analyze and validate issues Strong hands-on working knowledge of TCP/IP networks, packet-sniffing, and traffic generation and lab simulations Detailed understanding of Cyber Security threats, attack types, Firewalls, Malware and content/URL filtering, DNS Security Experienced in customer care working with CRM systems Ideally, experience with Microservices and Containers and Kubernetes Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science/Electrical/Electronic Engineering Advantages: Knowledge in database SQL querying and database administration Hands-on experience with networking LAN/WAN environments - Routers, Switches, Firewalls, NMS, etc. Working knowledge of Radius, Diameter, DHCP, 3GPP, PCEF, PCRF, understanding protocol flow and sniffing Working knowledge of Security and Analytics deployed on Cloud Platforms such as Openstack, K8s, Azure etc. Experience working directly with ISPs, mobile operators, cable operators If you are interested in applying to this role at Allot, please share with us your resume in English. Role Overview: We’re looking for a proactive DevOps Engineer with solid experience in CI/CD and automation to support our build and release pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and system operations. You’ll work closely with engineers to streamline deployments and improve system reliability. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, and Bitbucket. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration. Implement improvements to deployment and release processes. Monitor system health and performance with proper alerting mechanisms. Maintain technical documentation and contribute to operational excellence. Requirements: Must-Have Qualifications: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in DevOps roles. Proficient in CI/CD tooling including Jenkins, GitLab, and Bitbucket. Strong scripting and automation capabilities (Bash, Python, etc.). Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Working knowledge of Git workflows and version control. Nice-to-Have (Advantages): Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Familiarity with Terraform, Helm, or Ansible. Exposure to logging/monitoring (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana). Basic understanding of security in CI/CD. Experience managing build artifacts and repositories.

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced DevOps Team Lead to drive our CI/CD strategy, automation initiatives, and lead a team of engineers in building scalable, resilient infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, collaborative, and capable of translating business needs into technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing DevOps team. Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, and Bitbucket. Define and enforce automation standards and best practices. Collaborate with developers, QA, and product to ensure rapid, high-quality delivery. Oversee monitoring, logging, and incident response processes. Identify inefficiencies and implement infrastructure automation solutions. Requirements: Must-Have Qualifications: 3+ years in DevOps roles, 2+ years in a leadership capacity. Expert-level experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket. Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, Groovy, etc.). Solid hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Deep understanding of Git workflows and code promotion strategies. Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm, Ansible). Nice-to-Have (Advantages): Hybrid cloud/on-prem experience. Security/DevSecOps practices. NOTE : The position is based in Mumbai, India, and will entail frequent travel abroad (up to 40%) Requirements: What You Should Have Proven training and presentation skills: At least 3 years’ experience delivering training (preferably of a technical nature) An engineering background with theoretical and practical experience in IP networking and hands-on Linux proficiency. Excellent English (preferably mother tongue level). Familiarity with Instructional Design principles and mastery of PowerPoint Additional Advantage Experience with rapid eLearning tools (e.g: articulate, captivate) and virtual classroom environments Fluency in additional languages other than English
