Manage daily shift operations, including administrative tasks and job allocation.
Monitor and mentor associates on productivity, quality, and safety.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with standard work practices.
Prepare and implement training and development plans for associates.
Handle shift quality and associated action plans.
Serve as a stand-in for the Area Manager when necessary.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office products and applications.
High school or equivalent education.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Strong physical stamina to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk during shifts.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Experience in Amazon Outbound Department is preferred.
