Role Overview: As a Technical Documentation Writer at Comvision, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining technical documentation for various products and solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with different teams to ensure that the documentation is clear, concise, and user-friendly. Key Responsibilities: - Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, programming guides, and user manuals - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information - Ensure that the documentation is clear, concise, and user-friendly - Utilize documentation tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, RoboHelp, Microsoft Word, and Excel - Understand product development lifecycles and project management methodologies - Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail Qualifications Required: - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Bachelor's or higher degree in technical communication, information technology, computer science, or a related technical field - Experience in technical writing for software and hardware products - Familiarity with documentation tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, RoboHelp, Microsoft Word, and Excel - Knowledge of transportation industry, especially in traffic management and road infrastructure, is a plus - Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment - Passion for innovation and technology,
