About the Role As Technical Director, you will oversee the technical strategy and performance of three advanced mills located in Honduras and Nicaragua. This role is ideal for a proven expert ready to make an immediate difference in mill performance, reporting directly to executive leadership and shaping the next phase of growth. We’ve invested significantly in our spinning infrastructure over the past few years, and this role is central to maximizing that investment. You won’t be fixing broken legacy systems — you’ll be helping optimize and scale high-performance assets and have a seat at the table in shaping future investments. Key Responsibilities Lead the technical strategy and operations of three spinning mills. Evaluate performance and implement optimization strategies across quality, cost, and efficiency. Centralize knowledge and reporting systems across facilities. Work hands-on with our teams while staying aligned with long-term business goals. Advise on future capital investments and expansion strategies. Create clear, data-driven reports for executive leadership. Mentor and develop technical teams to ensure long-term operational strength. Technical Requirements 10+ years of experience in spinning/textile mill technical leadership. Strong track record in operational optimization and team leadership. Ability to manage across multiple sites with clarity and accountability. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Comfortable interfacing directly with C-level executives.
