Mentor and guide developers, designers, PMs, and data scientists toward delivering exceptional results. ✅ What You’ll Bring 8+ years in UI/UX and software development leadership roles. 5+ years leading cross-functional teams on complex digital products. Proven experience building high-impact e-commerce platforms . Strong technical foundation in JavaScript (ReactJS, Node.js, TypeScript), Go, Python . Mastery of Agile, CI/CD, and modern design and development best practices. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
