Job Description

Role purpose:

Own end-to-end delivery of technology projects/programs, ensuring scope, quality, timelines, and budget are met.
Define and manage delivery roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies.

Translate business requirements into technical deliverables

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Lead cross-functional teams (developers, architects, QA, DevOps, vendors) to achieve delivery objectives.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure smooth sprint execution
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
Help teams implement changes effectively
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint

Review code, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices in software engineering

Key accountabilities (Role Description)

End-to-end ownership of technology project delivery.
This role ensures that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and at the expected quality, while aligning with business goals.
The TDM acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors, driving execution excellence and technical governance.
Providing technical leadership and hands-on expertise to a development team.
Ensures high-quality design, development, and delivery of software solutions while mentoring team members, enforcing best practices, and supporting business and technical stakeholders.
