Technical Coordinator

You will be responsible for attending customer calls, sending responses, sharing project reports, maintaining and managing technical documentation, and monitoring NOC activities. In addition, you will collaborate with other teams for procurement and handle customer inquiries professionally. Your key responsibilities will include: - Understanding and applying network solutions based on organizational needs - Having a strong understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP - Maintaining and updating technical documentation, including diagrams and procedures - Collecting and managing incident reports to track and resolve technical issues - Monitoring NOC activities to ensure smooth operations - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and technical documentation - Handling customer emails and inquiries promptly Qualifications required for this position include: - Diploma/ Engineering in Electronics & Communications, BSC Computer Science, or a Bachelor's degree in IT, MCA, BCA, BE - Networking concepts of LAN and WAN - Knowledge of Operating Systems like Windows, Linux, and Mac - Quick learner, self-motivated, and ability to work in a team - Good communication and customer-handling skills - Basic knowledge of technical support, networking, or IT infrastructure - Experience in NOC monitoring and incident management Additional Skills: - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Pathcom Technologies Pvt.
