Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer with 3+ years of experience in writing compelling, accurate, and engaging content for a technical audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of complex technologies, exceptional writing skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear and user-friendly content.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research, write, and edit high-quality technical content including:- Product documentation- User guides and manuals- Knowledge base articles- Whitepapers, case studies, and blog posts- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and SMEs to gather information- Create SEO-optimized content for web, blogs, and help centers- Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and style across all content- Review and update existing content for accuracy and relevance- Follow best practices for content creation and documentation standards- Translate technical jargon into readable, engaging content for various audiences- Work closely with the marketing team to support product launches and campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in technical writing or content writing in a tech-focused environment- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong understanding of technology, software development, or SaaS products- Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics)- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with development or product teams in Agile environments- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)- Understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, DevOps, or cybersecurity- Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow
