Role Overview:

The Technical Content Writer will develop high-quality content for EzSignly, ASCEND, Haystackers, and associated digital platforms including blogs, documentation, case studies, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create SEO-optimized technical articles on SaaS, e-signature, AI, HRMS, staffing, and tech topics.
• Build product documentation, FAQs, tutorials, and help-center content.
• Draft landing page content, email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, and marketing collateral.
• Convert complex technical concepts into simple, clear, accurate content.
• Work with the SEO team to produce keyword-aligned articles.
• Coordinate with graphic/design teams for infographics, visuals, and creatives.
• Maintain content calendars and deliver on deadlines.
• Conduct industry and competitor research to produce authoritative content.
• Maintain a consistent brand tone and messaging across platforms.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong command of English writing and editing.
• Experience writing in SaaS, tech, or digital domains.
• SEO writing knowledge and keyword structuring experience.
• Basic understanding of AI tools like ChatGPT/Jasper (added advantage).
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional internal teams.
