Your responsibilities will include: - Writing and maintaining user-friendly technical documentation such as user manuals, installation guides, release notes, system specifications, and API documentation. - Developing content for blogs, white papers, case studies, eBooks, and other thought-leadership materials related to IT services and solutions. - Collaborating with subject matter experts, developers, and product teams to gather technical information and ensure content accuracy. - Editing technical content for clarity, grammar, and consistency in line with company guidelines and standards. - Conducting research on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitors to produce insightful and relevant content. - Optimizing technical content for SEO, readability, and usability. - Maintaining version-controlled documents and ensuring content is up-to-date with the latest product updates or service offerings. Qualifications required for this role include: - 1 to 2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the IT services industry or related sectors. - Strong understanding of IT concepts such as cloud computing, software development, cybersecurity, and networking. - Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an ability to communicate complex information clearly. - Proficiency in documentation tools like Confluence, Markdown, JIRA, and MS Office Suite. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, familiarity with Agile methodologies or software development life cycles, experience with multimedia content creation, and knowledge of industry-specific standards and best practices.
