Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and creative Technical Content Writer to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of English, experience in writing technical content, and an understanding of SEO best practices. You will be responsible for creating, proofreading, and editing content that supports our marketing efforts, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Research industry-related topics and identify trending and relevant content ideas.
• Write clear, compelling, and technically accurate content for blogs, web pages, product descriptions, and marketing materials.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, editorial standards, and business goals.
• Proofread and edit content for grammar, structure, and factual accuracy before publication.
• Coordinate with marketing, design, and product teams to develop engaging and informative articles.
• Update website content regularly and suggest improvements based on SEO and content gaps.
• Review and provide feedback on content created by junior writers or freelancers.
• Analyze competitor content strategies and industry trends to generate fresh topics.
• Ensure all content follows basic SEO guidelines and is optimized for search engines.
• Differentiate writing style and tone based on the content type: blog posts, landing pages, product copy, etc.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as a Technical Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
• Strong English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Ability to conduct detailed research using multiple reliable sources.
• Understanding of different content formats including blogs, web copy, and marketing materials.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Knowledge of digital tools like Google Docs, Grammarly, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or WordPress is a plus.

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a tech-focused company or writing on technical subjects like software, SaaS, web development, or IT services.
