Role & responsibilities

Experience
: 1+ year in technical content writing.
Industry Knowledge
: Cybersecurity and Cloud Services Industry. Preferably with exposure to the B2B industry or a solid understanding of it.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical content writing, preferably in cybersecurity, cloud computing, or IT services.
Strong understanding of B2B content requirements and tone.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Notion).
Ability to research and synthesize complex topics quickly and accurately.
Knowledge of key cybersecurity and cloud computing concepts (e.g., zero trust, threat intelligence, multi-cloud, SaaS, etc.)
