As a Technical Content Writer with over 3 years of experience, your role will involve creating compelling and accurate content for a technical audience. You will collaborate with various teams to produce high-quality technical documentation, user guides, blog posts, and more. Your responsibilities will include: - Researching, writing, and editing technical content such as product documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles - Collaborating with product managers, developers, and SMEs to gather information - Creating SEO-optimized content for different platforms - Ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and style across all content - Reviewing and updating existing content for accuracy and relevance - Translating technical jargon into engaging content for diverse audiences - Supporting product launches and campaigns in coordination with the marketing team To excel in this role, you should possess: - 3+ years of technical writing or content writing experience in a tech-focused environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong understanding of technology, software development, or SaaS products - Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively Preferred qualifications include experience in Agile environments, familiarity with version control systems like Git, understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, DevOps, or cybersecurity, and knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow.
