Working Hours:

Standard business hours, Monday–Friday (approx. 9:30 AM–6:30 PM) with some flexibility and occasional extended hours as required.Durapid Technologies is looking for an experienced Technical Content Writer to create compelling, informative,and SEO-optimized content tailored for our IT services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background,exceptional writing skills, and the ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development: Write, edit, and publish technical articles, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and website

content that resonate with our target audience.

Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on IT service trends, emerging technologies, and industry best

practices to produce accurate and insightful content.

SEO Implementation: Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines, including keyword research, on

page optimization, and performance monitoring.

Collaboration: Partner with technical teams, marketing, and product managers to ensure content aligns with our

business goals and accurately reflects our services.

Content Strategy: Assist in developing and executing content strategies that enhance our online presence and drive

traffic to our website.

Quality Control: Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in technical writing for an IT service-based company.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a focus on technical content.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a varied audience.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Strong Knowledge about current technologies in AI, Data analytics, Generative Ai and Cloud computing.
