Role Overview:

Technical Business Analysts (Tech BAs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation.
• Support data analysis, reporting, and visualization using tools like Tableau, Sigma, and Snowflake.
• Assist in financial planning and modeling using Anaplan.
• Conduct system and process analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage project documentation using Confluence and track progress in Jira.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience as a

  Business Analyst

  in the

  Fund Accounting

  and

  BFSI

  domain.
• Strong working knowledge of

  Jira

  and

  Confluence

  .
• Proficiency in

  SQL

  for data querying and analysis.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with

  Agile methodologies

  and tools.
• Advanced skills in

  Microsoft Office Suite

  (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
