Technical Business Analyst

You are an experienced Technical Business Analyst with over 10 years of expertise, specializing in the banking domain. You possess a comprehensive understanding of banking processes, regulatory requirements, and financial products, accompanied by a robust technical acumen. Your primary responsibility will involve collaborating with business and IT teams to analyze requirements, devise technical solutions, and facilitate the implementation of banking systems. Your key responsibilities will include working closely with business stakeholders to comprehend and document banking requirements, processes, and workflows. You will be tasked with analyzing complex banking systems, identifying gaps, and proposing technical solutions. Facilitating workshops and discussions to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements will be crucial. Collaborating with development and QA teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and compliance standards is also part of your role. Your duties will extend to defining and documenting business and technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Supporting the implementation of banking solutions through UAT, system validations, and post-implementation reviews is essential. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements will be a key focus. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining documentation such as BRDs, FSDs, use cases, process flows, and technical specifications. Identifying automation opportunities and proposing technology-driven enhancements will also be within your purview. Additionally, you will need to liaise with cross-functional teams, including finance, risk, compliance, and IT, to drive strategic initiatives. Utilizing data analytics and reporting tools to derive insights and optimize banking processes will be an integral part of your role. To excel in this position, you must have at least 10 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in the banking domain. Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and stakeholder management is crucial. Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and API integrations is required. Familiarity with banking technologies such as Temenos, Finacle, Oracle FLEXCUBE, or similar is advantageous. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies is preferred. Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and automation tools is a plus. Previous experience working with cross-functional teams in large financial institutions will be beneficial for this role.,
