Job Description

As a Technical Business Analyst, you play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders and development teams, you translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications. Your expertise ensures that the technology solutions effectively address business challenges and achieve desired outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through various methods (i.e., interviews, workshops, document reviews). - Prioritize requirements based on business value and feasibility. - Conduct thorough requirements analysis, including feasibility studies, impact assessments, and risk assessments. - Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, including use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Define functional and non-functional requirements, such as performance, security, and scalability. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of all requirements and specifications. - Collaborate with architects and developers to design and validate technical solutions that meet business needs. - Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on technical solutions. - Ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices. - Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and development teams. - Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts. - Participate in quality assurance activities, including reviewing test cases, conducting user acceptance testing, and validating deliverables against requirements. - Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the requirements gathering and analysis process. Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies (i.e., Agile, Waterfall). - Proficiency in requirements elicitation and documentation techniques. - Experience with business analysis tools (i.e., Jira, Confluence). - Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Technical Skills: - Understanding of software development lifecycle and common software architectures. - Familiarity with common programming languages (i.e., Java, Python, .NET). - Basic understanding of databases (i.e., SQL, NoSQL) and cloud computing concepts.,
