Technical Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage business analysis activities across multiple projects.
  • Understand and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
  • Develop process notations using

    UML diagrams/BPMN

    to represent system and business processes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration of

    APIs and databases

    .
  • Drive organizational rollout of solutions and manage stakeholder communication effectively.
  • Prepare detailed documentation with an

    Agile mindset

    to support development and testing teams.
  • Perform data analysis using

    SQL

    to support business decisions.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
