Job Description

You will join as a Technical Business Analyst to facilitate the transformation journey towards building great products by bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementations. Your responsibilities will include: - Participating in requirements analysis to identify root causes and offer feasible, scalable solutions. - Working closely with the development team to support system architecture, API design, and data modeling. - Participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and testing activities. - Collaborating with stakeholders from different functional areas to define product specs. - Analyzing data and customer feedback to inform decisions and recommend process improvements. - Assisting in product roadmap planning and supporting the go-to-market strategy. - Coordinating with QA to define test cases and ensure product quality. - Establishing metrics, tracking success metrics, setting up KPIs, and ideally OKRs. - Implementing new features to solve critical problems that customers face in their development and testing cycle. - Gradually taking ownership of product modules and driving end-to-end product development. Qualifications Required: - Experience of 3 to 5 years in a Technical Business Analyst or related role in the technology domain. - Qualification in BSc/BCA/MCA/B.Tech and MBA/PGDM. - Prior Experience/Background or interest in healthcare, diagnostics startups is a plus. Additionally, you should possess the following knowledge and skills: - Ability to assess data, trends, and processes to derive actionable insights. - Working knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Figma (for wireframes), and Excel. - Familiarity with database concepts (SQL), APIs, JSON, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure). - Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. - Proven ability to collaborate successfully across various functions.,
