Job Description

As a Technical Business Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementations to contribute to our journey of building great products. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for participating in requirements analysis to identify root causes and offer scalable solutions. Working closely with the development team, you will support system architecture, API design, and data modeling. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders from different functional areas to define product specs and assist in product roadmap planning. You will also analyze data and customer feedback to inform decisions, recommend process improvements, and drive end-to-end product development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Participate in requirements analysis and offer feasible solutions - Support system architecture, API design, and data modeling - Collaborate with stakeholders to define product specs - Analyze data and customer feedback for process improvements - Assist in product roadmap planning and support go-to-market strategy - Establish metrics, track success metrics, and set up KPIs - Implement new features to solve critical problems - Coordinate with QA to define test cases and ensure product quality **Qualifications Required:** - Experience: 3 to 5 years in a Technical Business Analyst or related role in the technology domain - Qualification: BSc/BCA/MCA/B.Tech and MBA/PGDM - Prior experience or interest in healthcare or diagnostics startups is a plus In addition, you should possess the following knowledge and skills: - Ability to assess data, trends, and processes for actionable insights - Working knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Figma, and Excel - Familiarity with database concepts (SQL), APIs, JSON, and cloud environments - Comfortable dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment - Proven ability to collaborate successfully across various functions Join us in our transformation journey and be a part of building innovative products that make a difference in the industry.,
