Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for BI teams.
• Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for changes in reporting requirements.

• BI Solutioning:

• Collaborate with BI developers, data engineers, and architects to design scalable reporting solutions.
• Validate data models, dashboards, and reports developed using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Custom Reports
• Perform UAT planning and coordination, ensuring business sign-offs.

• Project Management:

• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables for multiple concurrent BI projects.
• Prepare and track project plans, milestones, and resource allocations.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives if working in Agile setup.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Facilitate regular status updates, demo sessions, and requirement workshops.
• Drive adoption and training of BI solutions among end users.
