Job Title: Junior Technical Head (CCTV Industry) Location: Sector - 64, Noida Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1-3 years in the CCTV/Surveillance industry Reports To: Technical Manager / Senior Technical Head Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Junior Technical Head with hands-on experience in the CCTV and surveillance systems industry . The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing technical operations, provide support to field teams, and contribute to the planning, installation, and maintenance of CCTV systems and related technologies. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the design and planning of CCTV system layouts and configurations for various projects. Supervise and support installation teams off-site. Perform technical assessments, troubleshooting, and maintenance for CCTV systems including IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs, PoE switches, and related networking components. Provide second-level technical support for escalated field issues. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for product selection, quotations, and inventory management. Train junior technicians and installers on best practices and new technologies. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and client specifications. Prepare and maintain project documentation, technical reports, and client handover documentation. Stay up to date with industry trends and new security technologies. Key Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field. Proven experience in the CCTV and security systems industry. Strong knowledge of CCTV technologies including analog, IP, hybrid systems, video analytics, and remote monitoring. Familiarity with brands like Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, Axis, etc. Working knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, PoE, fiber optics, and wireless surveillance. Experience in managing small technical teams or installation crews is a plus. Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients and team members. Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
