Technical Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect specializing in Microsoft Technologies to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping the success of our technology projects. Your responsibilities will include architecture design, implementation, and overseeing the deployment of Microsoft-based solutions that meet our internal needs. You’ll collaborate closely with management, business analysts, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and schedule.

Requirements & Responsibilities -

1. Architectural Design and Implementation

• Design scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions based on Microsoft technologies, including but not limited to .NET, Azure, SQL Server, and SharePoint Online.
• Provide expertise in creating robust architectures that align with business objectives.

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into architectural blueprints and design specifications.

1. Mentoring and Knowledge Transfer

• Mentor new engineers, helping them adapt to the software development environment.
• Share best practices and guide their learning journey.

1. Alignment with Business Goals: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and quality assurance teams and ensure that technical solutions align with business requirements.
2. Code Quality and Security: Conduct thorough code reviews & Enforce coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
3. Continuous Learning and Adaptation: Stay informed about emerging technologies, trends, and best practices and evaluate their applicability to ongoing projects and solutions.
4. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving complex technical issues during development or deployment.
5. Cloud Migration: Lead the migration of on-premises applications to the cloud, specifically leveraging the Microsoft Azure platform.
