Technical Architect

Position: Part-Time Architect / Designer

Location: South Kolkata

Experience Required: Minimum 2–5 years

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and creative Architect with hands-on experience in designing exterior elevations and interiors of both commercial and residential buildings. The candidate should be passionate about creating functional, modern, and aesthetic designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and visualize building elevations, facades, and interiors for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Develop 3D models and presentations for client review and approvals.

Collaborate with our structural and project execution team for design implementation.

Suggest creative concepts, materials, and finishes for modern commercial architecture.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, or other 3D design & rendering tools.

Strong sense of aesthetics, proportion, and detailing.

Good understanding of space planning, lighting, and color coordination.

Ability to handle multiple design assignments independently.

Employment Type: Part-Time / Project-Based
