Serve as an escalation point for L1 Desktop Support issues.
Troubleshoot advanced hardware/software issues and provide long-term fixes.Support enterprise applications, tools, and services.Perform system imaging, OS upgrades, patches, and device deployments.Manage IT assets including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.Handle video conferencing systems, printers, and on-site IT infrastructure.Resolve network-related issues (LAN, WAN, VPN).Provide priority-based support to executive-level users.Perform IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change).Conduct secure data wiping and ensure IT security compliance.Create documentation/knowledge base articles and guide L1 engineers.Coordinate with server/network/backend teams for issue resolution.Work confidently with Windows & Mac OS, Active Directory, O365, Exchange, and more.Use imaging tools like SCCM, MDT, etc., for deployments and upgrades.
