Tech Support

You will be responsible for providing voice-based and chat/email based support to customers in US, Europe & Asia. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues related to product installation and use, attending voice calls from customers for remote troubleshooting, providing chat/email responses to customer queries, and offering solutions that satisfy customers and handle difficult situations like complaints, sensitive customers, and mission-critical scenarios.
