Role & Responsibilities
* Conduct remote and in-person training sessions at distributor points or in market areas.* Provide hands-on guidance to users on mobile and web applications.* Resolve user queries and track reported issues until closure.* Document frequently asked questions (FAQs) and share feedback for product improvement.* Support application adoption by coordinating with internal teams and field users.* Travel to assigned markets as and when required to ensure on-ground support.
