Job Title: Tech Support Executive – Real Estate

Job Type: Part-time (Minimum 2 hours per day)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Tech Support Executive with experience in telecalling and real estate. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be comfortable handling client follow-ups through calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer queries and support.
• Follow up with clients regarding real estate inquiries, updates, and site visits.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handling and issue resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Experience in telecalling and customer support, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Knowledge of real estate and the ability to explain property details to clients.
• Ability to manage and follow up with multiple clients through calls.
• Strong communication skills in English, Tamil, Malayalam and Telugu
• Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and handle responsibilities independently.

Salary: ₹150.00 to ₹200.00 per hour.
