Tech Support Intern

Role Overview: As a Tech Support Intern at Bynry Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and reliable experience for utility customers using Smart360, the smart, cloud-based SaaS platform. Your main responsibility will be to provide reliable support at L1/L2 levels, efficiently manage escalations, and contribute to achieving exceptional customer satisfaction. This internship serves as a launchpad for individuals interested in technical support, SaaS workflows, and customer-facing problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: - Handle Level 1 and Level 2 technical support tickets with adherence to SLAs. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and document root causes of issues. - Prepare detailed escalations for L3/Engineering teams. - Conduct SQL queries and Excel analysis for data validation and issue diagnosis. - Assist in onboarding tasks including data migration. - Investigate application errors, API failures, and performance issues. - Track and manage issues using tools like Zammad, Zendesk, or Jira. - Maintain clear technical documentation, FAQs, and process notes. - Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Customer Success teams to enhance issue resolution. Qualifications Required: - Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. - Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, or any programming language. - Familiarity with tools like Postman, Excel, or Google Sheets. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
