Tech Support Intern

As a member of the Exotel team, you will be responsible for providing in-depth analysis and resolution of customer tickets. Your role will involve simulating customer issues to identify solutions and fixes, ensuring high-quality customer service. It is essential to gain a thorough understanding of Exotel products and become a champion of Exotel-specific tools and troubleshooting procedures. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work alongside and build mutually beneficial relationships with other teams such as Customer Happiness, Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering. Maintaining a curious mindset is crucial to continuously explore newer and better ways to resolve customer issues effectively. To excel in this position, you should hold an engineering, BSc, or equivalent degree with 0-2 years of relevant work experience. The ability to work independently, efficiently meet deadlines and SLAs, and promptly respond to support-related queries via phone calls, chats, and emails is essential. Flexibility to work in shifts, self-motivation, attention to detail, and organizational skills are highly valued traits. You should possess the capability to analyze, research, and solve highly technical and unique problems. Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills are a must, along with a good command of Linux CLI tools. Proficiency in writing SQL queries and at least one scripting language like PHP or Python will be advantageous for this role.,
