Experience, Skills & Knowledge: - Must have 6+ years of Merchandising/sourcing experience preferred with a US buying office or large trading business. - Good knowledge and understanding of leather accessories and apparel in both men's and women's categories. - At least 6 years of leather accessories manufacturing experience and merchandising with a main focus on product development and production. - Background in a manufacturing global brand or liaison office is required. - Profound product and material knowledge in high-end brands with good fashion sense. - Knowledge of footwear construction, basic knowledge of footwear design, colorways, sewing techniques, fabrication and trim, print design, and manufacturing. - Good working knowledge in leather, synthetic, and other materials. - Knowledgeable in product development and production processes and best practices. - High adaptability and flexibility to changing business environments, able to work independently. - Detail-oriented and able to handle very structured processes. - Strong PC skills, especially in Excel and analysis, familiar with multiple systems, charts, and reports. - Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills. - Must be fluent in spoken and written English. - Candidates with exposure to multiple brands, calendars, and product categories are preferred.,

We are seeking a Senior Options Trader (preferably NISM qualified) for a full-time position based in Gurgaon. You will be part of a SEBI Registered RA firm with a 5-day work week and a fast-paced development culture. Your role will be multifaceted, involving market making, risk management of options, and developing option strategies. Collaboration with software developers, traders, and analysts is crucial in our highly technology-dependent trading environment, making it essential to be technology-savvy. Your responsibilities will include managing the options risk of an active, electronic, and automated trading platform, understanding portfolio-level hedging of Greeks, and deploying index and single stock option market making and trading strategies. You should have experience with various option-based strategies from working with broking houses or prop trading desks. Additionally, you will be analyzing trading performance, developing new logic to enhance trading performance, and collaborating with programmers to manage the development of sophisticated trading/risk systems. The Accounting & Closing Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring timely, accurate, and well-controlled month-end close and financial reporting for the Group. This position collaborates closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Treasury, and Technology to coordinate accounting activities, enhance systems and processes, and maintain strong financial governance. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset to drive operational excellence in financial close activities. Prepare audit schedules for statutory audits. Generate and provide accurate financial reports, presentations, and dashboards as required. Assist in resolving financial disputes raised by customers and sales teams. Support the Finance Manager and coordinate with the finance team for various tasks. Understand key contract clauses impacting financial transactions and exposures. Knowledge of SAP Business One is an added advantage. Demonstrate strong analytical skills, particularly in Excel. Maintain good communication with internal teams and stakeholders.
