Tech Support Executive

As a Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat, offering technical support and troubleshooting assistance. You will be tasked with documenting customer interactions, solutions, and technical issues in our operating system, ensuring accurate records are maintained. In cases where issues remain unresolved, you will escalate them to the appropriate IT teams for further investigation. It will be crucial for you to stay informed about our company's products, services, and industry trends to provide effective support. Your role will also involve diagnosing and resolving software issues efficiently and guiding users through step-by-step troubleshooting processes. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with customers. A customer-oriented mindset, coupled with the ability to remain patient and professional, will be key to your success. Additionally, you must be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. A basic knowledge of API and Information Technologies aspects is required for this position. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant field is preferred. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and a Provident Fund. The work schedule includes day shifts from Monday to Friday, with availability required on weekends. The work location is in person.
