Job Description

We are looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the technical support position. Technical support executive troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support the roll-out of new applications, among other duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Identify and diagnose technical issues reported by customers
  • Resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Document and track customer issues in a ticketing system
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues

Skills:

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting
  • Basic understanding of network protocols and configurations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
