Vector Consulting Group is an 18-year-old homegrown Indian management consulting company. We offer unique solutions to chronic wicked problems in areas of supply chain, operations, sales & distribution, R&D, NPD, retail operations, Industrial CAPEX projects, and software development. Some of our past clients include L&T, Tata Motors CV, Ashok Leyland, Royal Enfield, Bajaj Electricals, Godrej group, Lupin Labs, Raymond, Arvind Fashion, Blackberrys, and many more.

We have a strategic tie-up with TIS Inc., a $4.00 Bn Japanese company. In 2023, we opened offices in Indonesia and the US and currently we have projects running in 15+ countries.

Responsibilities:

Lead Sales for Vector Digital Labs products.
Own lead generation, sales engagement & deal closure.
Lead mining efforts in Vectors existing clients to understand client needs and explore fitment of IT products.
Stay updated on competitive landscape and emerging digital tech in supply chain/Retail/Distribution/project management.

Required Experience:

3-5 years of proven experience in selling Package / Enterprise / Supply Chain Software.
Must have B2B & ERP sales experience.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work with speed and accuracy under tight deadlines.
Resourceful, self-driven and unafraid to push boundaries to meet goals.
