Learning & Knowledge Manager

Vector Consulting Group is an 18-year-old homegrown Indian management consulting company. We offer unique solutions to chronic wicked problems in areas of supply chain, operations, sales & distribution, R&D, NPD, retail operations, Industrial CAPEX projects, and software development.

We have a strategic tie-up with TIS Inc., a $4.00 Bn Japanese company. Last year, we opened offices in Indonesia and the US and currently we have projects running in 23 countries.

We are seeking a proactive and organized Learning & Knowledge Manager to lead our internal Learning Management System (LMS) and knowledge platforms. This individual will play a pivotal role in curating or knowledge platforms and developing learning content to support the consulting team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with consultants, subject matter experts (SMEs), and external vendors to design instructional modules and implement strategies that enhance knowledge accessibility and learning efficiency.

Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants to collect, curate, and maintain a high-quality and updated repository of knowledge content in the knowledge platforms.
• Work with SMEs and external vendors to develop impactful new training modules using instructional design methodologies.
• Champion new features and initiatives that accelerate learning adoption across the consulting team/ clients.
• Quickly grasp key concepts in supply chain, operations, project management, and other relevant domains to align training content with business needs.
• Monitor engagement and effectiveness using data analytics to refine learning strategies.

Required

• Exposure to work related to supply chain, sales and project management.
• Experience in corporate learning environments, instructional design methodologies, or knowledge platform development.
• Bold and confident, with a "shamelessly aggressive" approach to getting tasks done.
• Fast learner with an adaptive mindset.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualification

• MBA with a strong ability to quickly understand supply chain, operations, sales and project management principles.
• 5-10 years experience in learning & knowledge management or similar roles.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with consultants, SMEs, and external partners.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
