As a Senior Tech Recruiter based in Bangalore, India, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a stellar recruiting experience for potential candidates at MPOWER. Collaborating closely with the Head of Tech Recruiting, you will be responsible for shaping the recruitment strategy for engineering and analytics positions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values. Your duties will include setting recruitment strategies, sourcing top talent, managing the interview process, and acting as a mentor and subject matter expert in tech recruiting. To excel in this role, you should hold a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in tech recruitment within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Your proven track record in sourcing and closing tech roles, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems are essential.
